Notes
- Postgraduate students need 28 credits to graduate.
- Postgraduate students have to publish one paper in an academic journal or present one academic paper at a conference with a peer review system, or present attendance certificates to prove that they have participated in at least five academic conferences in Taiwan or abroad.
- General postgraduate students are limited to no less than 3 credits and no more than 12 credits per semester for the first two semesters. In-service postgraduate students are limited to no less than 3 credits and no more than 9 credits per semester for the first three semesters. However, all postgraduate students need to explain to the Department and obtain approval from the Department’s Chairperson if they wish to take extra 3 credits or they wish to waive 3 credits.
- After two semesters of postgraduate study, students cannot take courses outside of their Department or off-campus courses without the Department chairperson’s approval. In principle, these courses should not exceed 6 credits.
- Postgraduate students must complete a course on academic integrity and ethics training in accordance with the Implementation Points of the National United University Student Academic Integrity and Ethics Training Curse.
